GWO Closed Beta Launches

After two Alpha Tests and several rounds of modifications, we are ready to launch the GodsWar Online Closed Beta test. The test will start after the maintenance on March 20th EDT (GMT-4).

The Closed Beta will use version 199, and the client will be released at 1:00am on March 20th EDT (GMT-4), so players can download and install it in advance. Players who took part in the 2nd Alpha Test don't need to worry about their data, simply download the latest patch and you're ready to go!

Version 199 updates:

1. Added the Pindus Maintains Battlefield, it will be open between10:30am and 11:15am every Wednesday and 6:30pm to 7:15pm every Saturday.

2. We're releasing the Wishing Pool, so each player will have three free chances to draw a skill book.

3. Added the Quick Change function.

4. Added the Recommendation System.

5. Added an all new event map- Sicily and reopened Hera's Labyrinth.

6. Modified the exchange rate for Master/Reputation and E-Gold.

7. After attacking a hostile faction in a team, the reputation rewarded will be divided equally to all team members who participated in the attack.

8. Slightly modified the city of Sparta.

9. Fixed the reputation upper limit.

10. Eight new kinds of Quest Scrolls are now in the Item Mall.

11. Added a new function for viewing items in the chat window. Shift+ right click on an item in your bag and the item's name will be displayed in the chat window. Meanwhile, players can take a look at other players' item details in the chat window by using Shift + left click.
