Shine of the Amethyst

Gaze into the plum tinged depths of the Amethyst and feel the power radiating within it. The magic it radiates allows one piece of gear to be transformed into another piece of the same type, but with a random rank.(attributes, quality and grade will not be changed)  This allows high-level players to transform the low-level gear they inevitably collect into higher-level gear they might be able to use or sell. In addition, if low-level players obtain gear beyond their level, they still have a chance to modify it for their use.

For example, a pair of Level 60 Cuffs with physical defense can be transformed into Level 40, 50, 60 or 70 Cuffs with physical defense by using an Amethyst.

Amethysts are classified into Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Amethysts, however only Level 3 Amethysts can be used to transform equipment with a 100% success rate. Level 1 Amethysts can be compounded into Level 2 Amethysts and Level 2 Amethysts can be compounded into Level 3 Amethysts. Right now there is no way for players to obtain Level 1 and Level 2 Amethysts, but we will be releasing it soon. Level 3 Amethysts can be purchased directly from the Item Mall in version 1.0.204.
